Marty started riding motorcycles in 1999 and soon discovered a whole new opportunity to represent Christ. Five riders came together to care for the spiritual needs of 400 HOG members by visiting the sick, performing weddings, funerals, and offering general encouragement. In 2001, a story by Peter Jennings on ABC’s World News Tonight launched their young ministry into the limelight. In 2006, Marty resigned as senior pastor of Lamb’s Fellowship and went into full-time missionary work. Today, Black Sheep: Harley-Davidsons for Christ, are working in 38 states, Australia, Germany and Mexico.
